Location: A025, AUB Campus; drinks reception in Northwest Gallery

Join us on Earth Day 2026 to celebrate the launch of Tendrils, a new anthology on nature, growth and identity, produced by the MA Creative Writing (Online) course at Arts University Bournemouth (AUB) with the guidance of industry experts.

The event begins at 18.00 with refreshments and a book stall, followed by readings from 19.00 onwards. This is an open event and all are welcome to attend.

For further information, contact Dr Kevan Manwaring, Programme Leader on MA Creative Writing (Online) at kmanwaring@aub.ac.uk.

About "Tendrils"

Tendrils is a tangle of poetry, fiction and creative non-fiction, celebrating nature, identity and personal growth. This eclectic collection offers a tantalising cross-section of distinctive, emerging voices: an international collective of rhizomatic writers whose strands connect far and wide.

Dig in to read about an Irish fishing family threatened by eco-toxicity, a spooky tale about an elderly housemate's past as an acrobat, the lives of foreign nurses working for the NHS, an experience of (re)coming out as LGBTQIA+, and much more.
