Parking is available on our campus for the in-person events. On arrival, you’ll be directed to a space by our security team located at the barrier by our on-campus Halls of Residence. If you require blue badge parking, please inform us at least two days in advance by emailing us at opendays@aub.ac.uk.
Once you've booked to attend one of our online postgraduate events, you'll be sent a link with how to join. Our online events will take place on Microsoft Teams. Once you've joined, please have your camera on if possible and mute your microphone during the talks to avoid any disruption. There'll be an opportunity for you to unmute yourself for any questions you may have.
If you're unable to make one of our listed events, there's the opportunity for you to request a one-to-one appointment with the course leader for your postgraduate course(s) of interest. At the time of booking, you can specify your preferred method of contact for your appointment – including telephone call, Microsoft Teams call or in person – along with your preferred time of day (morning, afternoon or evening).
Upon receiving your request, the course leader will reach out to you to confirm and arrange your appointment.
If you're unable to attend one of our in-person events but would like the opportunity to view our campus, this can be done with a self-guided tour on a day of your choice (Monday to Friday) between the hours of 09.00 and 16.30. You can collect a campus map from Reception, located in our University House building, to help you navigate your way around.
Please note that course specific spaces and studios won't be accessible due to teaching, but you’ll have the opportunity to view our more general facilities including the library, hospitality outlets including The Refectory and Arts Bar, along with the Student Union and Student Services.
If you require parking for your self-guided visit, please notify us at least two days in advance by emailing opendays@aub.ac.uk.
