Room hire for conferences and events
We offer a range of dynamic meeting, seminar and networking rooms for individual hire, all equipped with the essential IT equipment. Some of our spaces are more than unique, for example, our award-winning life drawing studio and our creative gallery will certainly inspire your delegates and set the scene for an unforgettable event.
Whatever your choice, we are sure we can facilitate your event however large or small, we can include tailored catering packages and dedicated on-site staff to provide hospitality from the outset. With easy access to and from Bournemouth and excellent transport links further afield, hosting an event at AUB is easy, practical and convenient.

Drawing Studio
AUB’s iconic blue drawing studio, designed by Alumni Sir Peter Cook. Capacity depends on the layout but approximately 50-60 people.
Conference Centre
We have two Conference Centre room (F005 and F006) available for hire, both with the capacity of 40-60 people. The two rooms are divided by a removable wall for larger groups.
Lecture Theatre
We have many spacious lecture theatres available for hire. Most lecture theatres feature a podium and screen projector. Capacity up to 159 people.
Seminar Rooms
We have many seminar rooms available to hire with moveable tables and chairs. Capacity of 12 to 37 people.
Meeting Room
Our meeting rooms are professional spaces, designed to create the right impression. Capacity of 12 to 22 people.
The Gallery
TheGallery showcases work by contemporary artists and designers from around the world. The space is adjustable for any function.
