Key dates and deadlines

Class of 2026 graduation ceremonies will be held on 23 and 24 July 2026.

Here's some key information for upcoming deadlines, including registration and gown hire.

If you miss the registration deadline, we can’t guarantee you a place at your graduation ceremony. Please check your student email address regularly for notifications and be sure to register on time.

You can register and confirm your attendance without purchasing guest tickets. You may return to the booking site at any time before the closing date to purchase your guest tickets if you want any.

If you’re hoping to spread out your graduation costs, we’d recommend you book your place early, and come back to buy your guest tickets. Just be sure not to miss that deadline!

Don’t forget, there are additional costs for hiring your gown and (optional) portrait photography. We highly recommend you mark these ordering deadlines in your calendar.

Guest tickets

Each graduand is entitled to bring a maximum of two guests to attend their ceremony.
