Celebrating your achievements
Please be aware there are some additional costs associated with participating in Graduation. We appreciate that students are often on a tight budget, so to help you plan and save for these costs, here is a handy list to keep in mind:
Each guest ticket costs £25, which includes:
All graduands must wear a cap and gown in official AUB colours to participate in Graduation. Please plan for the cost of gown hire (prices from our recommended supplier Marston Events):
If you'd like to purchase portrait photography, Marston Events is the official photographer provider that will have a photography studio onsite on the day of your ceremony. There are a variety of packages available at different price points and we recommend these packages are booked in advance. Have formal photos taken of yourself in your cap and gown after your ceremony with your family and friends.
You can cancel your own registration to attend Graduation by amending your booking or contacting Marston Events.
You’ll need to contact the gowning company directly to cancel your gown hire and photography package if you’ve ordered one. Please be aware they will have their own cancellation/refund policy.
You can cancel one or both of your guest tickets and receive a full refund up to seven days prior to your ceremony date. You'll need to contact us at Marston Events up to seven days prior to your ceremony date to let us know of your
cancellation. If you notify us less than seven days prior to your ceremony
date, unfortunately, we'll be unable to refund you for your guest
tickets, unless under exceptional circumstances.
