AUB, in partnership with Women in Tech Dorset, will be celebrating the best practice from local businesses in recruiting diverse candidates, retaining the workforce and delivering opportunities for growth. The responsibility falls on businesses to create a hiring process and culture that give women a feeling of belonging and confidence in their place within the industry.
The event is open to all and will celebrate supporting women already working in STEM by challenging stereotypes, fighting bias, broadening perceptions, and generally celebrating women’s achievements to help create a gender-equal world.
