Online Information Sessions
To provide more detailed information and support with any queries or concerns you may have about joining Arts University Bournemouth in September, we've put together a programme of online information sessions especially for our Offer Holders and their parents, carers and supporters.
These exclusive online sessions are taking place from March – July 2025, giving you deeper insights into everything from fees and funding to moving to Bournemouth for the first time, all the way to what your first week at AUB will be like!
Please note: If you're an offer holder, you'll receive an email enabling you to book the events that you and/or your parents, carers, and supporters wish to attend. However, you can also book here on the website via the button below.

March
We know the Student Finance system is complex and confusing – so we're running a session to help you make sense of it!
We'll cover how to apply for Student Finance, how funding levels are decided and allocated, and how repayments are handled.
Our team will also share ways our students can support themselves during their time at AUB. Whether that's a part-time job or our flexible Student Ambassador Programme, giving students the opportunity to apply and earn around their studies.
This session will guide you through our accommodation booking process and the range of Halls of Residence available.
You'll also hear more about our ResLife programme which is here to help you have the best time while living with us.
April
Bournemouth and its surrounding areas have so much to offer including miles of golden sandy beaches (great even in winter), a thriving nightlife, quirky cafés and creative spaces to shop, study and explore.
This session offers an insight from our Student Ambassadors who currently call Bournemouth ‘home’.
In this session, we'll guide you through the support our Student Advice and Wellbeing teams can offer both pre- and post-arrival as a student at AUB.
Discover the services and resources we have in place to help you feel confident and reach your potential, and most importantly, equipped to enter university life.
The weekly shop, course materials and nights out – these are just some of the costs you'll experience as a student.
We know the cost of living is high and money doesn't always stretch as far as we'd like it to, so join us for a masterclass in managing your money. We'll share advice and tips on how to budget effectively and help your money go a little further.
May
We're here to help you achieve your dreams and have a wide range of resources, workshops, masterclasses and careers support throughout your time at AUB and beyond.
In this session, we'll talk through how we can support you as both a student and graduate of AUB.
