My passion lies in historical costume and constantly endeavouring to learn more on the subject through research and lectures.

In my final year at University, I worked on two collaborative projects. The first was making costumes for the AUB Dance course's Diva dance show. I made two costumes for this show, learning a lot about the materials used for dance costumes, and dance itself over the course of the project. It was also invaluable in terms of gaining collaborative experience with those in various roles of the production process.

My final project was my second collaborative project, this time with Hurn Court Opera. For this, I made the ballgown for the character of Angelina (a.k.a. Cinderella) in their production of La Cenerentola. This costume was 1820s in style, comprised of a slip dress and main dress, and was heavily decorated on the front panel with several forms of surface decoration.

Both projects were wonderful experiences, and I loved being able to then see my finished costumes used on stage in their respective performances. Also pictured is my French Revolutionary peasant costume from second year, which is another of my other favourite projects.
