With a strong background in movements, Amelia has developed a deep understanding of movement and the human body, which led to her pursuing her interest in sports massage therapy, already having enrolled in an Active IQ Level 3 Diploma. 

In addition to her expertise in movement and massage therapy, she's also skilled in music editing. Amelia uses her ability to craft high-quality audio, to enhance her performances and creative projects – whether mixing tracks for commercial routines or creative soundscapes for full length works. 

She's excited to continue developing her skills and applying them in meaningful ways. Always open to new collaborations, Amelia is excited to keep growing, creating, and making a positive impact in both the dance and wellness worlds.
