I have a deep love for costume for both the stage and the screen and I have such a deep passion for the design aspect. Being able to build a character from the ground up and tell their story through details is something so magical to me that I love to see come alive. 

This year, I was lucky enough to work on both a grad film and an AUB Productions show as a costume designer. Experiments of Colour and Substance was such a fun film to work on. Getting to collaborate with so many talented people and tell a story inspired by the real-life Bryan Lewis Saunders was incredible to bring to life. 

I am so incredibly proud of my work as the designer for the fairies in A Midsummer Night’s Dream, using inspirations from Elizabethan fashion and current high fashion trends to put these well-known characters into a new setting. It was an honour to work with the director, Aileen Gonsalves, on such an incredible show.
