About this course

In this immersive workshop, students aged 10-12 will learn how professional artists and designers plan, visualise, and create detailed worlds, characters, and futuristic vehicles. Using simple drawing and modelling techniques, they'll develop their skills in a fun, supportive environment, transforming their ideas into vibrant environments and innovative designs.

This course combines art and technology to inspire young artists to imagine and build their own fictional worlds. Through practical exercises, learners will create landscapes, characters, and vehicles, building a personal portfolio of their creative universe that can serve as a stepping stone for further artistic or design pursuits.

  • Fundamentals of concept art and visual storytelling
  • Basic drawing and visualisation techniques for landscapes, characters, and vehicles
  • Introduction to simple 3D modelling tools and methods
  • Planning, designing, and visualising their own creative worlds
  • How to develop a cohesive visual narrative for their characters and environments

Participants will have a portfolio of their imagined worlds, including detailed concept art and basic 3D models.

They'll leave with a strong foundation in creative visual thinking and a collection of artwork that celebrates their originality and artistic growth.
