I am a textiles designer specialising in screenprint, digital print and hard surfaces for interior applications. My design process always begins out in the world, gathering inspiration through sketching and photography while observing both natural and built environments. I then develop these studies into richly textured, layered surface designs using a mix of hand and digital print techniques.

At the Water’s Edge is my final major project, inspired by the landscapes of British wetlands and the plant and wildlife found within them. Drawing on visits to museums, zoos and natural wetlands, the collection explores the visual and narrative potential of these environments through illustrative surface design. Using a refined colour palette and a balance of graphic and organic forms, it captures a calm yet characterful aesthetic. This collection was conceived as a cohesive interiors range of hand-printed wallpapers, fabrics and decorative tile samples for middle-market bedroom, ensuite and dressing room spaces.

After completing my degree, I am eager to take on practical roles within print studios and workshops, working directly with production and print processes. I aim to deepen my understanding of inks, materials and print methods through hands-on workshop experience, building strong technical expertise in the production side of print.
