Throughout my studies at AUB, I have been able to refine my costume-making skills while also being given opportunities to collaborate on live productions as a Costume Supervisor. 

At the end of my second year, I specialised in supervision as I love being involved in all aspects of the costume department and being able to oversee the entire production process. In my final year, this led me to being Costume Supervisor on the AUB Production of Animal Farm in December 2025. As Costume Supervisor, my primary tasks were to source all the costumes, manage the budget and undertake any alterations.

While I adore supervision, I started to miss costume making, and decided for my Final Major Project to do both making and supervising projects. My making project was a costume re-interpretation of the Act I Aurora tutu from the Royal Ballet's 1968 production of The Sleeping Beauty, designed by Lila de Nobili. This costume really reignited my spark for costume making and gave me a newfound love towards tutu making. It was such a fun learning experience to further adapt my skills.

Under my supervision specialism, I completed two projects this unit, the first being Costume Supervisor on the AUB production of Jekyll and Hyde in March 2026, and the second being backstage experience as Head of Running Wardrobe on the AUB production of Moonfleet in May 2026. As Head of Running Wardrobe, I looked after a team of dressers, ensuring all the costumes were properly maintained and worn correctly throughout the show.

After I graduate, I hope to find myself in any area of the industry; be it film, TV or theatre! I am open and keen to trying out all aspects of the costume department, from on set and backstage work to workrooms and offices.
