TheGallery in collaboration with Arts University Bournemouth (AUB)’s postgraduate courses, is proud to present the Postgraduate Winter Show 2025.

This year, the show is again curated by Violet M. McClean, TheGallery Curator, and Associate Professor Rebecca Pride, showcasing the creative achievements of AUB’s postgraduate courses.

This Winter Show continues AUB’s commitment to bold curatorial vision and cross-departmental collaboration, bringing together outstanding work from across postgraduate courses.

Exhibition overview

The Postgraduate Winter Show 2025 is a dynamic celebration of the achievements of AUB’s postgraduate students from the January 2025 intake. This curated exhibition features a diverse range of work produced by MA students, forming part of AUB’s prestigious Postgraduate Show portfolio.

Postgraduate study at AUB is characterised by rigorous inquiry and the challenging of conventions, with students exploring the boundaries of their respective fields. The Postgraduate Winter Show offers a platform for this new, thought-provoking work, as these emerging creative practitioners present their ideas and research to the public, many for the first time. It marks a key moment in their professional journeys.

The exhibition will feature work from the following MA programmes:
