Agent Complaints

As an AQF signatory, Arts University Bournemouth (AUB) is committed to ensuring our relationships with education agents remain fair, transparent and in the best interests of students. If you have a concern about an agent who supported your application, you can raise it with us using this complaints process.

What you can raise a complaint about

  • Incorrect or misleading information about AUB, its courses or entry requirements.
  • Pressure to apply to a course or institution not suited to you.
  • Promises made about scholarships, offers or visa outcomes that were not delivered.
  • Fees taken by the agent for services they did not provide.
  • Unprofessional behaviour or dishonesty by agency staff.

This process covers concerns about your agent only. For concerns about your application to AUB, please contact the Admissions team at admissions@aub.ac.uk.
