Home Thrown Studio

Testing new processes in tile production. Supported by European Regional Development Funding (ERDF).

Home Thrown Studio is a ceramic business run by artist, Gemma Mordle, in east Dorset. Drawing inspiration from her love of the sea and coastal living, Home Thrown ceramics are playful, irregular and simple, displaying organic shapes and textures influenced by Scandinavian design.

In June 2018, Home Thrown Studio was awarded AUB_ERDF innovation funding to research and development new processes and products; the intention being to enter new markets of distribution.

You can find out about more about Home Thrown Studio here.
