The works Mercurial and Antumbra investigate subjective ambivalence towards narrative identity and self-continuity through exploitations of light which create conspicuous shifts between memory and time, conveying the duality of lived experience. This forms a psychological palimpsest that unfolds through a multiplicity of temporal compartments. The disruption of coherence between the segments externalises the feeling of fragmentation that occurs from poor integration of memory, representing the impact this has on the internal landscape. 

Before beginning my MA, I want to further my practice and expand my network through partaking in residencies and exhibitions.
