My name is Mayhar Malhotra and I'm a multidisciplinary creative working across art direction, photography, branding and visual communication.

My work is driven by observation and a curiosity about culture, people and the systems that shape how we see and experience the world. I'm particularly interested in how brands and storytelling can communicate ideas in ways that feel both commercially effective and emotionally resonant.

Alongside my studies, I've spent the past two years working as an art director at Stuart Semple Studios, where I've developed campaigns, brand identities, product launches and creative communications for an internationally recognised contemporary art studio. This experience has given me the opportunity to lead projects featured in publications including BBC, The Guardian, Hyperallergic, Designboom and Dezeen.

Whether working on commercial campaigns, editorial projects or brand identities, I'm interested in creating work that balances strategic thinking with strong visual execution. My practice sits at the intersection of culture, communication and image-making, using creativity as a tool to build meaningful connections between brands and audiences.

After graduating, I plan to continue building my career within the creative industry, working across art direction, photography, copywriting and campaign development. I'm currently seeking opportunities within creative studios, agencies and brands where I can contribute to campaigns, brand building and creative strategy while continuing to develop my own practice.

Long term, I hope to build a body of work that sits at the intersection of culture and thoughtful design, with the ambition of eventually establishing my own creative studio.
