BA (Hons) Animation Production

Finn Morris

I am an aspiring 2D character designer and compositor, particularly interested in commercial and feature animation, where I can learn and work with others to create inspiring and cool pieces. In addition to animating, I enjoy creating digital artwork and challenging myself with personal projects.

This year, I was a producer and lead compositor on the graduate film Charon, working with a small team to create a short animated film about the ferryman of the River Styx. The film explores loss, found family and moving on. In addition to my primary roles, I was responsible for animation, clean-up, colouring editing and character design.

Here you can see some of compositing work, as well as character design and other personal projects created during my time at AUB.

Plans after degree

After my degree, I'll seek internship and junior opportunities as a compositor and character designer, where I can gain experience within a production team. I also plan to create exciting personal projects which will push me.
