Hi, I'm Emma. I'm a visual development artist and painter, and I'm always trying to find the beauty in the mundane. I'm passionate about literature, art history and building community in the arts.

This year I directed the short film Set In Stone, which explores the artistic perfectionism of a greyhound sculptor. Through digital animation and through an experimental montage made from traditionally painted paper frames, the film explores artistic obsession and recalls animations by experimental artists in the early 20th century.

This showcase displays some personal work and some visual development/background work from Set In Stone.

I plan to continue developing my visual development and concept art skills, while gaining experience in other areas of the creative industries.
