I'm an illustration graduate whose practice combines handmade ceramics, drawing, animation and digital processes to create playful, nostalgic worlds. My work explores materiality, memory and storytelling, using clay, paper, 3D scanning and Blender to blur the boundaries between physical and digital making. I translate ceramic forms into immersive digital environments, ensuring that texture, weight and imperfections remain visible rather than being lost through digitisation. This process-led approach, driven by curiosity and play, became the apex of my experimentation throughout my degree while balancing creative exploration with an awareness of audience and context.
I love creating whimsical, emotionally resonant work that encourages slower looking and celebrates the beauty of imperfect, handcrafted objects. Maintaining curiosity and play is central to my practice, allowing me to create work that feels authentic while remaining adaptable within the evolving illustration industry.
