Ammie Shipton is a multidisciplinary make-up artist specialising in prosthetics for film and TV, and hairstyling for all contexts. She has gained experience by working as Head of Make-up on a short graduate film called Versipellis in 2024, as well as make-up artist for other small films and theatre performances. 

Ammie is currently expanding her skills to prop making for film and TV – examples of her work can be seen in her portfolio. She has worked with a variety of models with little preparation and with months of preparation, which means she can adapt her skills well to the demands of the task.

After completion of my degree, I hope to find work in the film and TV industry as a hair and make-up artist, mould maker in workshops or as a hair and wig stylist for theatre or editorial work.
