Creativity (with admin privileges...)

This is a visual campaign that challenges the divide between creatives and the public sector. Despite a clear need for innovation, designers remain underused in civic roles.

This project uses posters, billboards and street graphics across Manchester to spark new connections between the two worlds. A mix of image-based and typographic designs appeal to both visual thinkers and text-led decision makers, with a recurring squiggle motif symbolising creative disruption. The campaign reframes public sector work as a meaningful, impactful path for emerging creative talent.
