This is a fashion fabrics collections based on the different painting, metalworks and sculptures created during the Renaissance art period. 

The project utilises different embroidery and embellishment techniques to portray different motifs/elements taken from different visuals and characteristics seen within this art movement, modernising them for a contemporary audience. Particularly looking at the paintings of 'Primavera', 'The Birth of Venus', and 'The School of Athens', this project includes a range of mixed media textile pieces including processes such as beading, laser etching, machine embroidery and digital print.

After University, I plan to go into the fashion fabrics industry working as an embroidery design specialist.
