Accept to viewHome Park Halls of Residence is for foundation, first year undergraduate and postgraduate students.
The Halls offer a total of 437 rooms and 17 studios, arranged over 10 floors.
Home Park also offers a range of amenities including an onsite gym, cinema, extensive social spaces and a collaborative creative working space designed specifically for AUB students.
- All rooms are single occupancy and there's a choice of five-, six- or seven-bed cluster flats as well as silver, gold and premier studios.
- Flats share a kitchen/living space and studios have their own kitchen facilities.
- All rooms and studios are en-suite and have Wi-Fi internet access. Students living in our Halls have access to reliable Wi‑Fi suitable for everyday online activity, including email, web browsing, messaging and streaming services. The service is designed to provide speeds of up to 100 Mb/s per person.
- Home Park reception/security staff are on site 24 hours a day.
- Contents insurance is included in your rent.
- All AUB Halls of Residence are strictly no smoking and there's no car parking available on site.

- The local shops, train station and seafront are just a 10-minute walk away and you’ll benefit from fantastic facilities and social spaces including a new cinema room, gym, theatre kitchen and community room available for social activities or as a creative workspace.
- Travel to our campus (approximately three miles away) takes 20 minutes by bus or bike. The Unibus service stops right outside the halls and provides regular direct buses to the AUB campus.
