University is for You! is a free event series presented by South West Universities Care, a group of universities passionate about working together to support care-experienced young people to explore their options and make next steps.
South West Universities Care is a collaboration between Arts University Bournemouth, AECC, Bath Spa University, Bournemouth University, Falmouth University, Plymouth Marjon University, Royal Agricultural University, University of Bath, University of Bristol, University of Exeter, University of Gloucestershire, University of Plymouth, and University of the West of England.
By choosing to attend a University is for You! event, you’ll have the chance to:
- Have a look around a university campus
- Meet staff from several universities in one place
- Meet care-experienced students currently studying at university in the South West of the UK
- Experience subject taster sessions
- Learn what university is like
- Find out about all the support available to you as a care leaver at university
- Ask questions and start considering your options
