This Foundation Photography Pathway showcase provides a window into the students’ current projects. Students were asked to explore and experiment with their practice to create work for this pop-up exhibition, acting as a precursor for their upcoming summer show.
The exhibition offers them the opportunity to not just show their work, but for it to be seen, offering a glimpse of what and whom they may become.

Foundation Diploma in Art, Design and Media at AUB
AUB's Foundation Diploma sets out to help students discover a preferred area of practice. Students develop core learning skills and extend their understanding of creative processes in preparation for undergraduate study or employment. It's an intensive course that provides high-level insight into contemporary creative practices and the potential to focus studies into specialist areas. After successful completion of the course, students are awarded the widely recognised UAL Foundation Diploma in Art and Design (Level 3).
TheGallery
TheGallery is a national and international public platform for the arts within the UK. Throughout the year, we work with teams and courses across the University to provide students with opportunities to showcase their work, promoting the University’s shared passion for excellence in education, industry, and the art sector. Proto is an example of one of these collaborative projects, this time with AUB’s Foundation Photography Pathway.
