Course: BA (Hons) Events Management
I’m now in the perfect job and I got it straight out of AUB.
My role involves writing press releases and copy to be featured in national newspapers and consumer magazines. I also host press showings for new product launches and these events really help me reflect on the skills I learnt on the BA (Hons) Events Management course.
The live event units have helped me with my communication skills and that’s really important as I now speak to journalists and brands on a daily basis.
Looking forward, I’m hoping to get more involved in the events side of things, potentially for a brand, but in the meantime I’m in the perfect job straight out of AUB and I have no doubt I got this role because of the course and knowledge I now have from all the BA (Hons) Events Management units.
