Shelley. Byron. England’s greatest writers of their time meet to forge a new way of life… but how long can it last?

Percy and Mary Shelley spend a summer with Lord Byron dreaming of monsters, sailing and resisting the confines of English society. However, hidden truths and the scandals of their past lives threaten to undo their newfound happiness.

The play’s original production in 1984 toured and transferred to the Hampstead Theatre. It's been revived multiple times including at the Manhattan Theatre Club and Royal Court Theatre. It's presented here in a new production from AUB Theatre Society.
