Two BA (Hons) Illustration students get shortlisted for the Penguin Student Design Awards.
AUB and the BA (Hons) Illustration team are excited to announce that two BA Illustration students have been shortlisted in the internationally recognised Penguin Student Design Awards.
Congratulations to Sam Prentice (3rd year) and Beatrice Simpkiss (2nd year) who have been chosen as 2 of only 10 other students nationally to be shortlisted in the Children’s Book Cover Award category from thousands of students from across the country who competed.
“The Penguin Random House Design Award is an opportunity for students on an Art or Design course at HND or degree level to engage in design for publishing during their studies and to experience real cover and page layout design briefs first-hand.”
Winners will be announced on Wednesday, 19th of June.
