We recognise how challenging this year has been for students and applicants, and following the Government’s recent decision on examination results, we are doing everything we can to enrol those that wish to study at AUB this coming Academic Year.

We are now able to make offers based on Centre-Assessed Grades, and will continue to support those who are currently appealing their results, or are considering their options as a result of the recent policy change. We continue to confirm the places of all offer holders who have met their offer conditions, and their position remains unaffected by this latest guidance.

Following the lifting of Student Number Controls, we'll be offering select places across a number of AUB courses through the UCAS Clearing process, including: BA Creative Events Management, BA Design, BA Photography, BA Visual Effects for Television and Film, BA Costume, BA Performance Design and Film Costume and BA Creative Writing.

We’re working with UCAS and responding to updated Government direction to ensure that we are complying with all relevant policy, offering places on our competitive courses where we are able in line with capacity, and are acting fairly for all students.

AUB Vice Chancellor Professor Paul Gough said: “Across the world this year we’ve seen a period of unprecedented change, and this has been particularly challenging for those looking to continue their creative and academic journeys through university study. But we’ve also seen great demand for places from those seeking a unique and rewarding university experience.

“We’re glad to be able to offer places to the vast majority of students who’ve seen their final year of study disrupted by this global pandemic, while supporting a host of ambitious and talented individuals that will greatly contribute to and enhance a number of creative arts environments across the globe.”

He added: “We’re positive that our students will enjoy our unique on-campus teaching experience where studio and workshop-based teaching and learning is prioritised, and we look forward to welcoming all of our new students to our vibrant AUB community over the next month.”

Enquiries are being directed to our Admissions Team and we’re asking all those that wish to discuss their study options at AUB to get in touch with us on 01202 363228/01202 363225 or via email at admissions@aub.ac.uk
