Accommodation
We're here to help you get settled quickly in the accommodation that's right for you.
AUB’s residential life programme is for students living in AUB Halls of Residence.
Through this programme we aim to create an inclusive and supportive environment where students have a sense of belonging, feel supported to be curious, creative and build the confidence to live and study independently.
Whether you're after support with your finances, study skills or health and welfare, or perhaps you're looking for careers advice or chances to be social? AUB ResLife will help you find the best opportunities to get the most from your time with us.
Check out our events and trips available for new students to settle into Bournemouth, including campus Induction Days, day trips, evening events and getting out and about with our Student Ambassadors.
Our Induction Days are your chance to experience what it's like to study at AUB. You'll take part in interactive workshops led by AUB staff and Student Ambassadors as well as checking out AUB Accommodation, TheGallery, the Library, the Innovation Studio and what AUBSU has to offer.
You'll need to attend one of our Induction Days as part of our Accommodation Arrivals Programme – once you arrive, you'll be given a timetable for the day.
Hop on a bus with our Student Ambassadors who'll support travel between halls and campus during your induction day experience.
Note: quiet spaces are available for these events.
Dates: Tuesday 10, Wednesday 11, Thursday 12 and Wednesday 18 September.
If you responded to our pre-arrival messages, you'll have the chance to join us for select day trips once you start at AUB. Make sure to check your emails during July to take part!
Note: we'll email you with allocated trip details in August. Application deadlines apply.
Evening events are open to all AUB Accommodation Residents and a great way to socialise. You'll find timetables for events displayed in your own accommodation – these are all optional with no booking needed (unless stated) and are either low cost or free.
