I grew up dancing and from the age of three – I was regularly going to class in a variety of styles: ballet, tap, jazz, modern and lyrical. Over the years, I took many exams and performed in many shows growing up – I knew quite early on that dance was going to be a big part of my life! 

My passion for dance came from my secondary school experience, when I didn't always have a specialist GCSE dance teacher. It left me with the desire to be the teacher that students like me need in the future. I feel that dance is a subject that requires someone who truly understands its possibilities – so that students have the support to pursue dance and be as creative as they possibly can. I want to be like my role models and help my students reach their full potential, with the best education I can offer them, to help them find their path in the dance community.
