We're thrilled to announce the return of Day of Dance on Wednesday 13 March. Come along and join in with the dance students as we explore the past, navigate the present, and shape the future through our interactive projects.
This exciting event was produced and put together by the second-year BA (Hons) Dance students, in collaboration with the BA (Hons) Performance Design and Film Costume and BA (Hons) Make-Up for Media and Performance, with participation from our first-year and third-year Dance students as performers. Each team has choreographed their performances to include you as the audience to be able to participate and be involved.
Team Cube – Drawing Studio
Come and experience the embodiment of art through dance. Be a part of the process by influencing our improvisation. Catch them in the Drawing Studio from 11.00 until 16.00.
Team Hans – travelling event
Hans is the friendly AUB creature exploring campus. Come and enjoy his spectacular dance moves as he travels around. Find Hans discover himself starting at the University House courtyard at 11.15 and again at the Lecture Theatres at 13.30.
Team Memory – lecture theatres
Join us on a trip down memory lane. Come and contribute your memories to create a unique dance performance. Watch them in the lecture theatres at 11.30, 13.00, and 14.30.

Timeless elegance, modern grooves: periodic flash mobs with a commercial twist. Catch their flash mobs at 11.00, 12.00, 13.30, and 14.30.
Team Rave – Dance Studios
It’s the year 2090 and AI is pushing humanity to the brink of extinction. An immersive rave experience awaits you in Dance Studio 1. Starting at 12.30 in the Dance Studio and again at 15.30.
