For the last two terms of my MA, I have been looking closely at regional costumes in Germany, specifically in the Southwest Palatinate region. 

Here, traditional costumes had completely disappeared by the mid-19th century, so researching costumes in surrounding regions, I then attempted to recreate a women's working day costume.
