Prior to joining BA (Hons) Dance at AUB, I came from a background in the fitness industry and work in the health and wellbeing sector. I was a personal trainer for nearly five years and still work as a sports massage therapist within the Bournemouth area. ​ 

I specialise in contemporary dance but also have experience in ballet, jazz and acrobatics. I particularly enjoy release-based technique and love to explore with improvisation when creating. 

I plan to go into dance teaching for secondary school education. ​
