Study Abroad and Exchange

Events Management

AUB offers students the opportunity to explore their creative practice while broadening their horizons.

Events Management

Semester Study Abroad courses are for students and professionals who wish to spend time abroad, developing their creative skills and gaining credits towards their university degree, but don't necessarily want to spend 2-3 years in another country.

Course Information

Events Management is about the creation and organisation of live arts and other events – anything from art exhibitions to theatrical productions, music gigs to multi-artform festivals, dance workshops to fashion shows. In this course you will develop the knowledge, skills and understanding required to make such events succeed. Our aim is to support and enable you to develop as a successful arts manager, able to work at the forefront of the arts and creative industries.

Our Semester Study Abroad Events Management course offers a unique opportunity to work alongside other students studying practical creative subjects at the University. Our students have previously worked alongside Film, Animation, Acting, Fashion, Visual Communications, Fine Art and Illustration BA (Hons) courses. We also have very close links with Acting, Costume and Design for Performance and Make-up for Media and Performance courses.
