Notice a pattern is a project that combines the NHS and Tampax to provide information on hormonal health issues. This is needed as it’s estimated that one in 10 women have endometriosis, yet 54% of the UK doesn’t know what it is. This condition and many others aren’t talked about enough and this barrier to education stops conditions from being diagnosed. 

It works by the user picking up a pack of Tampax and reading information on the pack – each pack focuses on a specific condition. The user can track these symptoms for two menstrual cycles, peeling the sticker on the back if they match them. This is a tool to bring to a GP if the user matches all/most of the symptoms, helping educate and gain a possible diagnosis.
