The Feeling’s Neutral reflects on body neutrality, a mindset centred on accepting and respecting the body for its function, over its aesthetic appearance. The project takes inspiration from Amy’s teenage cancer diagnosis, which drastically changed the way she viewed her body. Through this work, Amy aims to raise awareness of body neutrality, and help others come to peace with the bodies they have been given.
Amy’s work addresses social issues through fashion and portraiture, exploring themes of gender, relationships, and identity. Her style is commercial with a distinct documentary influence, offering a unique take on contemporary topics.
