Overview
This 20-week course gives you the opportunity to develop sound retail knowledge and business skills and earn an accredited Level 2 qualification from Skills Education Group.

It’s not possible to enrol on this course part-way through. You’ll need to attend from the start date in February
You’ll be expected to complete projects, exercises, and research outside of your sessions at AUB. You’ll be provided with more details about timelines and project submission deadlines at the start of the course.

Suitable for adults aged 18+.
Level
Beginners or anyone with some experience who want to refresh or develop their skills further.

None – this is an introductory course. We have no formal academic entry requirements for our short courses.

About this course

Will I be assessed?
Yes, if you complete this programme and meet the necessary ongoing assessment criteria set by Skills Education Group, you’ll be awarded an accredited Level 2 Skills Education Group certificate.
You’ll prepare written assignments and evidence for knowledge-based units and show practical demonstrations or submit observation reports for Competence/Skill-Based units.
All evidence/assessment criteria will be initially assessed by a qualified AUB internal verifier and further assessed by a Skills Education Group moderator to ensure that all the learning outcomes of the qualification are properly accomplished.
You’ll take part in group discussions and share your work for feedback. As the course progresses your tutor will measure your overall performance and offer essential guidance and feedback, so you know how you're getting on.
