In an age where the department store's legacy no longer has the presence it historically had, and consumers continue to shop and spend money online, town and city centre spaces are at risk of becoming unoccupied by businesses and consumers alike. 

This project is not just about revitalising shopping centres, but about doing so in a way that is truly unique and innovative. I aim to use the power of design to ensure their sustainable existence. By exploring new possibilities, we can create a space that captivates people once again and becomes a landmark that drives regional development.
