BA (Hons) Acting

Christina Paz

In her last year at AUB, Christina multi-roled as Martha, Ina and Professor Fliegentod in Frank Wedekind’s Spring Awakening, directed by Craig Norman. Then, she portrayed Past Maria in Beth Flintoff’s The Ballad of Maria Marten, directed by Luke Kernaghan.

As well as performing on stage, Christina worked as assistant director for William Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream directed by Aileen Gonsalves.

Plans after degree

Christina plans to move back to her hometown of Brighton, aiming to gain more experience by getting involved with the local arts and theatre, whether this is through acting or crewing off-stage.

Alongside this, she will continue to audition for work in theatre, film and television. Christina has also taken an interest in the role of intimacy directing and would like to potentially explore this further through training.
