Animafest Zagreb was established in 1972 and is the second-oldest film festival in the world completely dedicated to animation. Animafest’s Grand Prix winners directly qualify for the Academy Awards and the European Animation Award.
Animafest takes place in Zagreb, Croatia, from the 3–8 June 2019.
ABOUT ‘WHISPERING ONION’
‘Porky is cooking in his kitchen when he hears a strange whispering. He soon realises it is coming from the onion! He is then transported to Onion world, where he discovers the source of the whispering.’
