Andrew’s work placement on the course at AUB was a gateway into the world of stage production and talent management. Upon graduating, Andrew worked in West End productions for three years before becoming a talent manager and establishing his own company.
Career highlights for Andrew include “attending the Olivier awards for musicals I worked on, producing a UK tour under my own productions company and now having an established musical theatre talent agency, based in Covent Garden”.
Andrew found the work placement unit of the course invaluable to his career: “Without that, I wouldn’t have landed the job I did upon graduation”.
Andrew’s one piece of advice for current students would be to “gain as much experience as you can across all areas of your industry”.
