About the project

Dorset Creative is a digital agency who specialise in digital transformation by developing software, mobile and web applications. With clients including the NHS, BAE Systems, LVMH and local authorities, Dorset Creative’s services include software development, virtual and augmented reality, 3D modelling and multimedia design.

AUB Innovation’s industry technicians have been working with Dorset Creative, supporting them with prototyping of physical models for the advancement of surgical training programmes. A key part of this collaboration is problem-solving design challenges to create functional and cost-effective tools, which can be used on interactive demonstration models.

European Regional Development Funds

This project is supported through match-funding by the England European Regional Development Funds Growth Programme 2014-2020. This fund was established by the European Union to help local areas stimulate their economic development.
