Intensive master classes lasting a day give an opportunity to complete a short creative brief. These sessions are subject specific and normally take place in a dedicated studio.

In the Autumn AUB welcomed GCSE Art students from The Bishop of Winchester Academy for a creative workshop led by Preparation for HE staff.

The students enjoyed a mixture of activities designed to inspire their artistic flair and develop a sense of self belief within their own artwork. Classes included various experimental drawing activities, which consisted of developing a self-portrait using both hands at the same time! Another aspect of the class was all about drawing objects upside down! The other class was a mixture of textiles and print activities, which produced some beautiful examples!

“Overall, I enjoyed the day and am definitely going to consider attending AUB.”

“The day gave me an insight into the different types of qualifications available at university.” – Student feedback
