We support the principle that people from any background with the potential to benefit from higher education should have the opportunity to do so.

Dance Forward

A unique 2.5 day workshop for those in years 8-10 with a passion for dance and creativity.

28-30 July 2021

In response to the current climate, we're opening the dance studio doors at AUB to warmly welcome students back into the dancing space. After a year of digital dance, Dance Forward has evolved as an opportunity to celebrate moving together, to embrace the joy of live dance, and to kick-start students’ creative thinking ahead of the new academic year, and beyond.

Across 2.5 days, students will take part in sessions in contemporary dance and creative choreography in a safe and nurturing environment. Students will explore a range of techniques and approaches and be encouraged to experiment and explore their own creative ideas, culminating in an informal studio sharing at the end of their time with us.

Please note, we’re taking all measures to ensure the complete safety and wellbeing of all staff and students whilst studying at the university.

We recommend that you visit our Covid information pages regularly to understand the latest news and updates.
