After years of training, we know what works best. Sometimes it is necessary to visit the organisation and undertake a complete needs analysis before a course can be tailored to requirements. Preparation for training can begin during this visit, and potential employees can be prepared for future training. We also appreciate that once training has finished, putting new knowledge into action can be challenging. We offer regular web-based contact and provide tutorials and advice where necessary. We can also visit and review progress, providing recommendations and support.
