Bournemouth and Poole offer plenty to do from nightlife to sport, from countryside to town. Oh, and the award-winning beach isn’t bad either.

Our Students’ Union always have activities going on and there’s volunteering activities which could help you use your specialist skills in a completely different way, or develop a range of new skills.

If you do fancy getting away from it all you could always take advantage of the Exchange program and study abroad for a few months.

On campus, you’ll find lots of great resources, facilities and, most importantly, a friendly environment. Lots of the courses overlap or collaborate, so you’ll meet plenty of new friends studying other subjects.

What’s more, the courses are small enough that teaching and support staff to know students personally.

We have a library that’s totally dedicated to the creative arts and a gallery where we exhibit inspiring works from renowned artists.

University Music offers a wide range of musical opportunities to students, staff and members of the local community and we cater for all levels of ability and musical interests – AUB students have the same access as BU students.

You won’t starve, either. As well as Bournemouth and Poole’s mouthwatering array of cafés, bars and restaurants we’ve got a few of our own places to eat and drink on campus.

At the neighbouring Bournemouth University, you’ll also find a gym, student union shop, bookshop and Santander Bank.
