Biography

Stephanie studied a degree in Communication Studies at Bournemouth University before commencing a career in Human Resources. She spent 5 years working in HR and Recruitment within media companies in London before relocating back to Bournemouth, where she worked at Barclays and Liverpool Victoria before starting at AUB as HR Administrator.

Professional practice

As HR Administrator at AUB, Stephanie acts as the first point of contact for all employee enquiries, and is responsible for the data entry, reports and management of information onto the HR Systems (e.g. HRMIS, LMS). She also provides HR administrative support to the HR team covering the full spectrum of HR (e.g. Staff Development, Benefits, Wellbeing classes, Absence management).
